MKVmerge was being a dick and shifted the timing on my script, so sorry if the TS/other times are kind of off. I tried fixing it, but there’s only so much you can do in post. The timing was probably crap anyway since I’m not much of a timer either.
I was going to release the teaser web comics/special mini-manga from the book that came with the deluxe edition DVD, but they required heavy redrawing, so that’s going to have to come out later.

Thing is no matter what I did, MKVmerge hated my script for no reason. After about 3 hours of messing with it, I just gave up. No one knows what the problem is (it says it has negative timecodes, but I triple checked that it doesn’t). The timing is still enough that you can watch it, it’s just that the TS at the beginning is a little late and there are some scene bleeds.

It’s possible the problem is not with the script, but with the video.
If there is a problem with the video properties (e.g. it has negative timecodes?), mkvmerge may try to fix it by removing some frames, which will of course lead to all the subs being out of sync a little.
But, I’m not an encoder so I can’t actually tell if this is the problem.

Some other examples of otomes that were adapted into anime are Arcana Famiglia, Hiiro no Kakera, Hakuouki, Uta no Prince-sama, Starry Sky, Harukanaru Toki no Naka de, Neo Angelique, Angelique, and a handful of others.
